Lettice holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University and is certified in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Attended Virginia Union University, where I developed a deep sense of empowerment and an understanding of diverse perspectives that continue to shape my approach to leadership and collaboration. Since 2007, Lettice has also been a Green Belt Six Sigma Certified professional.
